Re: Sleep Training- We like to say that our daughter sleep trained herself! She prefers to sleep solo, in her own space.

We never bothered sleep training my 6 month old daughter. She’s been sleeping through the night on her own since she was one month old.

No. We are very much against sleep training in our home (see my post: We Don’t Parent in America). Babies are meant to be held, loved, and comforted. They develop the ability to sleep on their own/through the night when they are ready.

My daughter has always slept through the night. Since she was 2 months old. The only exception was a few times when she was teething.

If you mean had a set bedtime for them w/bedtime routine (after they became toddlers) then yes. It helped them get the rest they needed & gave us time to do things around the house AND to be a couple. And by the time they got to school-age, bedtime easn’t a battle! I did not sleep train my oldest…she just did it on her own. Now my middle child is different! It took a while for her to sleep in her own bed and when her big sister is not here, say she is spending the night at her nanas, she will not sleep in there by herself. She is scared of the dark, so we are still working on it. sexyhots29@yahoo.com
