I normally do not make resolutions because I feel like I should always be trying to better myself, not just because it’s the start of a new year but I decided to try it out this year. I think because it’s the new year I am thinking about the changes I want to make more often and it has been a positive thing. I will continue to make resolutions in the future!

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t… but this year I did!!! And I’m trying really hard to stick to it. I try not to make outlandish resolutions that I’ll never be able to complete.. like this year my resolution is to drink more water and less coffee 🙂
